On November 24, 2014, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) published Property & Casualty – Auto Bulletin No. A-12/14, which introduces the HCAI December 2014 Guideline. FSCO has revised the HCAI Guideline to include new processes to address the implementation of Service Provider Licensing. The processes discussed in FSCO’s new Guideline were previously communicated in the Service Provider Licensing Process Change eLearning video and related process change guide.
