Professional Misconduct Regulation

Professional Misconduct Regulation Approved

October 24, 2012

The Professional Misconduct Regulation has been filed with the Registrar of Regulations on October 19, 2012 as Ontario Regulation 318/12 and has been published on the e-Laws. The Regulation comes into full effect on the day that the TCM Act is proclaimed.
