世界针灸学会联合会2009年大会将为针灸事业提供巨大的发展空间，为全球各地的同事和朋友们提供沟通、交流的机会。本届大会的主题思想是全球共识：有效的针灸疗法和针灸研究。世界针灸学会联合会主席和世界针联会员大会主席邓良月教授，丹尼斯.高林医生（法国）和迈克尔.戈尔曼医生（德国）诚挚地邀请您访问欧洲首府斯特拉斯堡。斯特拉斯堡位于德国和法国之间，莱茵河畔，毗邻瑞士以及德国著名的旅游景点“黑森林”，是一座美丽且历史悠久的城市。

尊敬的各位同仁：我们非常高兴地代表世界针灸学会联合会（WFAS），法国全国针灸中医学术高级研究院（CFA-MTC），法国欧洲中医药发展促进会（APEMECT）和德国针灸中医医师学会(ATCAE)诚挚地邀请您参加即将于2009年11月4日至7日在斯特拉斯堡举行的世界针灸学会联合会第七届会员大会暨世界针灸学术大会。

日程安排：

    11月3日将在斯特拉斯堡大学召开世界针联第六届执委会第五次会议

    11月4日将在斯特拉斯堡大学举行世界针灸学会联合会第七届会员大会

    11月5日到7日将在欧洲议会中心举行世界针灸学术大会
     随着针灸在世界各国应用越来越广泛，各国高校都在努力满足对高质量针灸教育的需求，而世界各国政府也在不断关注如何将针灸纳入当地主流医疗体系，如何更有效地管理针灸行业和针灸教学。本届大会将探讨临床医学，针灸研究方法，教育，操作标准，质量保证、质量安全，政策制定和管理等重大议题。将邀请来自不同领域的专家发言或作主题发言，选择不同领域与临床相关的话题可以激发医疗从业人员、研究人员、教育者和管理人员的兴趣。除了主题发言者和特邀发言人，法国全国针灸中医学术高级研究院（CFA-MTC），法国欧洲中医药发展促进会（APEMECT）和德国针灸中医医师学会 (ATCAE)恳请有意参会的各地针灸中医从业人员提交发言ppt和书面的发言摘要。有关学术摘要提交的相关要求将与本次大会的会议通知一起发出。

Convention Theme

The Traditional Medicine heritage and development

Promoting the progress of standardization and internationalization

Possible Sub-Themes

* Study and research in standardization of TCM and Acupuncture

* Study and research in internationalization of TCM and  Acupuncture Manual techniques of needling methods 

   and different types of Acupuncture

* Traditional moxibustion and new technique of moxibustion

* Manual techniques of Tui Na, Massage and Pointing

* Manual techniques of traumatology (bone-setting) and Osteology

* Manual techniques of Chinese cosmetology

* Qi-gong and Taiji

* Psychotherapy and Hypnotism

* Research and testing on the theory of TCM

* Clinical studies of illnesses that are better using TCM treatment

* Reporting of scientific research outcome

Paper Presentation

Papers will be presented during the plenary or workshop session. It will give prominence to communication of manipulation as a feature of this convention on workshop session. Each presentation is limited to 30 minutes, 5 minutes for summary of thesis report. Demonstration is limited to 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes question and answer session.

The Convention is equipped with basic audio-visual equipment. Please inform the Academic Committee for a request to use any necessary equipment before the Convention commences.

Academic Paper Submission          

The deadline for all submission is on 30 June 2009.

Please limit each paper to 3,000 words and enclose an abstract limited to 500 words. Paper and abstracts should be submitted in both Chinese and English. Additional CAD$100 will be necessary for English translation of the paper.  All papers will be published in the Convention proceedings. The Organizing Committee reserves the right for the final editing of the convention papers, including the text, diagrams and visuals.

Registration Fees     

US$200 on or before July 1, 2009,

and US$300 after July 1, 2009.

Fees include: Registration fee, convention proceedings, lunch, and dinner. Once the paper and registration fees are received, a formal invitation letter, guide for applying for visa and convention information will be sent to you.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation must be made in advance by writing to the Convention secretariat. The Convention will refund 70% of the registration fee to delegates who are unable to attend the convention due to visa issues.

论文发表

论文发表分主会场和分会场两种形式。分会场将突出本届学术会议特点即手法现场交流，每位限时30分钟， 论文报告摘要宣读5分钟，现场演示20分钟，答疑5分钟。

大会备有灯光及电脑投影设备，供主讲者使用，请事先通知学术组做好淮备。

论文要求

论文收集截止日期为2009年6月30日。

论文仅限3000字，应提交中英文双语，同时附500字中英文摘要。如中文稿件需翻译另交100加元英文翻译费。将论文和有关文件 (MS PowerPoint形式)电邮至秘书处： ICTMMT@gmail.com ，或将论文和光盘寄到"大会筹备委员会"。

大会将编辑论文集，学术组有权取舍，决定是否发表，及对论文的文字，图表等修改。

费用

2009年7月1日前注册费用为$200美元；

 7月1日以后注册费用为$300美元。

 费用包括: 报名费，论文集，茶点，午攴，开幕典礼及闭幕晚宴。

缴纳注册费和提交论文后，大会筹委员将发出正式的邀请函和详细的签证，入境和参会指南。由于入境签证原因而不能参会者，须书面通知大会筹委会秘书处，大会将退还注册费的70%，并赠送大会论文集。
